【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國(guó)碩士研究生入學(xué)考試的基本做法是初試加復(fù)試,在一定程度上簡(jiǎn)化了選拔程序,提高了效率,增強(qiáng)了選拔的公開、公平和公正性,但從創(chuàng)新型人才培養(yǎng)與選拔的角度來看還有較大的不足。建立靈活的兩段制入學(xué)資格考試,通過分階段分學(xué)年實(shí)行不同課程的入學(xué)資格考試的方式,是克服現(xiàn)有制度不足的有效方法。
[Abstract]:At present, the basic practice of the entrance examination for postgraduates in China is the initial examination and the re-examination, which, to a certain extent, simplifies the selection procedure, improves the efficiency, and enhances the openness, fairness and impartiality of selection. However, from the perspective of training and selection of innovative talents, there are still a lot of deficiencies. It is an effective way to overcome the deficiency of the existing system to establish a flexible two-stage entrance examination and to carry out the entrance examination of different courses in stages and academic years.
