【摘要】：引導和培養(yǎng)研究生合理的學術(shù)道德認知觀念對于應對和解決當前學術(shù)不端現(xiàn)象具有重要意義。本研究采用實證方法探索研究生學術(shù)道德風險認知的現(xiàn)狀及影響因素,以來自全國8所院校的533名學術(shù)型研究生為樣本進行了調(diào)研。采用差異比較、多元回歸、結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析等方法的數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果顯示:研究生學術(shù)道德風險認知存在性別、專業(yè)、學校類型差異;導師指導對研究生學術(shù)道德風險認知有顯著的正向影響;研究生個體的道德推脫對其學術(shù)道德風險認知有顯著的負向影響。根據(jù)研究結(jié)果,就如何引導和培養(yǎng)研究生的學術(shù)道德風險認知提供了系列建議。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to guide and cultivate the rational cognition of academic morality for postgraduates to deal with and solve the current academic misconduct. In this study, empirical methods were used to explore the status quo and influencing factors of postgraduates' knowledge of academic moral hazard, and 533 academic graduate students from 8 colleges and universities in China were selected as a sample. The results of data analysis using the methods of difference comparison, multiple regression and structural equation model analysis show that there are gender, specialty and school type differences in academic moral hazard cognition of postgraduates; The tutors' guidance has a significant positive influence on the cognition of academic moral hazard of graduate students, and the moral deduction of graduate students has a significant negative effect on their cognition of academic moral hazard. Based on the research results, a series of suggestions on how to guide and cultivate postgraduates' cognition of academic moral hazard are provided.
