【摘要】：隨著知識經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展，，知識科學的重要性日益突出。隱性知識作為知識的重要組成部分廣泛存在于各個知識領(lǐng)域，并在各個領(lǐng)域中有著不可忽視的地位及作用。了解知識的有關(guān)規(guī)律尤其是隱性知識與知識創(chuàng)新之間的有關(guān)規(guī)律，對以培養(yǎng)學生創(chuàng)新能力為核心的研究生教育有著更為重要的指導作用。本文從追溯隱性知識與顯性知識的基本關(guān)系及其知識創(chuàng)新的四種基本轉(zhuǎn)化形式入手，闡述了隱性知識在創(chuàng)新中的重要作用，分析了目前我國研究生教育中所培養(yǎng)出來的學生之所以創(chuàng)新能力不強的重要原因之一，即在研究生教育的幾個重要的環(huán)節(jié)忽略了隱性知識的培養(yǎng)和傳承問題。文章在分析了研究生創(chuàng)新能力與隱性知識之間的重要關(guān)系之后，從知識共享、科研能力、研究生導師、自主學習四個角度提出了豐富研究生的隱性知識含量，進而提高研究生創(chuàng)新能力的途徑和手段。
[Abstract]:With the development of knowledge economy, the importance of knowledge science is becoming more and more prominent. As an important part of knowledge, tacit knowledge exists widely in all fields of knowledge and plays an important role in all fields. Understanding the relevant laws of knowledge, especially between tacit knowledge and knowledge innovation, plays a more important role in guiding postgraduate education, which focuses on the cultivation of students' innovative ability. This paper begins with tracing back the basic relationship between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge and four basic transformation forms of knowledge innovation, and expounds the important role of tacit knowledge in innovation. This paper analyzes one of the important reasons why the students' innovation ability is not strong in our country's graduate education at present, that is, the cultivation and inheritance of tacit knowledge is neglected in several important links of graduate education. After analyzing the important relationship between graduate students' innovation ability and tacit knowledge, this paper puts forward the contents of rich graduate students' tacit knowledge from four angles: knowledge sharing, scientific research ability, graduate tutor and independent learning. And then improve the innovative ability of graduate students ways and means.
