【摘要】： 學(xué)術(shù)型研究生培養(yǎng)模式與應(yīng)用型研究生培養(yǎng)模式并存是國外研究生培養(yǎng)模式發(fā)展的共同趨勢，也是目前我國研究生培養(yǎng)模式改革的主要方向。本文以研究生培養(yǎng)模式研究為切入點(diǎn)，核心問題是對兩種研究生培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行本質(zhì)區(qū)分，目的在于建構(gòu)我國高校兩種各具特色的研究生培養(yǎng)模式。 本文首先從總體上闡述論文選題的緣由與選題意義、研究現(xiàn)狀及相關(guān)述評、研究方法和基本原則以及基本思路與研究內(nèi)容。其次，對研究生培養(yǎng)模式的相關(guān)概念、基本要素以及要素的內(nèi)外關(guān)系等進(jìn)行純理論研究，這部分研究構(gòu)成論文研究的“基本理論”，為全文研究提供一個(gè)“分析框架”。然后對我國中職教師碩士研究生培養(yǎng)模式的現(xiàn)狀和問題的分析。揭示我國高校研究生培養(yǎng)模式已開始逐步從單一走向雙元模式。同時(shí)，通過我國高校兩種研究生培養(yǎng)模式的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查，探尋高校兩種研究生培養(yǎng)模式存在的主要問題及其根本原因，為以下的研究提供現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。通過對美國、英國兩國中職教師碩士研究生培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行總結(jié)，簡要分析兩國研究生培養(yǎng)模式的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況，并總結(jié)發(fā)達(dá)國家研究生培養(yǎng)模式發(fā)展的基本規(guī)律與共同特征，為我國高校研究生培養(yǎng)模式的理論分析和模式建構(gòu)提供借鑒。為解決目前我國中職教師碩士研究生培養(yǎng)模式存在的主要問題，通過探源影響我國高校研究生培養(yǎng)模式變革的理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)因素；在此基拙上，對兩種研究生培養(yǎng)模式的價(jià)值取向、性質(zhì)特征、培養(yǎng)對象、層次結(jié)構(gòu)等方面進(jìn)行重新定位與區(qū)分，為建構(gòu)我國高校兩種研究生培養(yǎng)模式提供理論依據(jù)。建構(gòu)適合我國國情的、各具特色的兩種研究生培養(yǎng)模式，針對我國現(xiàn)行中職教師碩士研究生培養(yǎng)模式的弊端、參照國外研究生培養(yǎng)模式的共性、以及研究生培養(yǎng)模式變革的基本理論等為立論依據(jù)，對我國高校兩種研究生培養(yǎng)模式進(jìn)行重新建構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:The coexistence of academic graduate training mode and applied graduate training mode is the common trend of the development of graduate training mode in foreign countries, and is also the main direction of the reform of graduate student training mode in our country at present. This paper focuses on the research of graduate training mode. The core problem is to distinguish the two kinds of graduate training modes in order to construct two kinds of graduate training models with their own characteristics in colleges and universities in our country. In this paper, the reason and significance of the topic selection, the research status quo and related reviews, the research methods and basic principles, the basic ideas and research contents are described in this paper. Secondly, this paper makes a pure theoretical study on the related concepts, basic elements and the internal and external relations of the graduate training model, which constitutes the "basic theory" of the thesis and provides a "analytical framework" for the full-text research. Then it analyzes the current situation and problems of the training mode of secondary vocational teachers and master students in our country. It is revealed that the cultivation mode of graduate students in colleges and universities in our country has gradually moved from a single to a dual model. At the same time, through the investigation of the current situation of the two kinds of postgraduate training modes in our country, the main problems and their root causes of the two kinds of postgraduate training modes in universities and colleges are explored, which provide the realistic basis for the following research. In this paper, the author summarizes the mode of postgraduate training for secondary vocational teachers in the United States and the United Kingdom, analyzes the actual situation of the two countries, and summarizes the basic rules and common characteristics of the development of graduate training mode in developed countries. To provide reference for theoretical analysis and model construction of postgraduate training model in colleges and universities in China. In order to solve the main problems existing in the training mode of postgraduates of secondary vocational school teachers in China, the theoretical and practical factors that affect the reform of postgraduate training mode in colleges and universities in China are explored. This paper reorientates and distinguishes the value orientation, the nature characteristic, the cultivation object, the hierarchical structure of the two kinds of graduate student training mode, and provides the theoretical basis for constructing the two kinds of graduate student training mode in our country's colleges and universities. In view of the malpractice of the current mode of postgraduate training for secondary vocational school teachers in China, this paper makes reference to the commonness of the overseas graduate training modes, which are suitable for the national conditions of our country and have their own characteristics. On the basis of the basic theory of the transformation of postgraduate training mode, this paper reconstructs two kinds of postgraduate training models in colleges and universities of our country.
