文章摘要:基于理論分析構(gòu)建了科研壓力對(duì)博士生學(xué)術(shù)不端行為態(tài)度的研究模型,,并通過(guò)234份數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)所提假設(shè)進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,科研壓力與博士生學(xué)術(shù)不端行為態(tài)度顯著正相關(guān),科研自我效能感在科研壓力與學(xué)術(shù)不端行為態(tài)度之間具有部分中介作用,導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)對(duì)科研壓力與科研自我效能感的關(guān)系沒(méi)有調(diào)節(jié)作用,身邊同學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)不端行為對(duì)科研自我效能感與學(xué)術(shù)不端行為態(tài)度的關(guān)系具有負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié)作用。最后,指出了研究結(jié)論、建議與局限性。
Abstr:On the basis of theory analysis, a model involving the academic misconduct attitude of PhD candidates caused by re- search stress is built and all hypotheses have been tested by using data collected from 234 PhD students. Results show that there is a significant positive correlation between research stress and academic misconduct attitude, the partially mediative role of re- search self - efficacy between research stress and academic misconduct attitude is observed. It does not find the moderative effect of mentor instruction on the relation between research stress and research self - efficacy, however, the negative moderative effect of academic misconduct by classmates near them on the relation between research self- efficacy and academic misconduct attitude is discovered. Finally, the research conclusion, suggestions, and limitations are pointed out.
