【摘要】：冶金科研院所研究生教育是冶金行業(yè)高層次工程技術(shù)人才培養(yǎng)的一支重要力量,本文總結(jié)了我國冶金科研院所研究生教育的基本情況。通過問卷調(diào)查、數(shù)據(jù)分析和比較分析等方法,介紹了冶金科研院所學科專業(yè)設(shè)置、導師隊伍、學習與就業(yè)、培養(yǎng)過程與成果、培養(yǎng)環(huán)境與條件等方面的特點,指出了研究生教育的不足,提出了有關(guān)發(fā)展建設(shè)的意見和建議。
[Abstract]:Graduate education in metallurgical research institutes is an important force in the cultivation of high-level engineering and technical personnel in metallurgical industry. This paper summarizes the basic situation of graduate education in metallurgical research institutes in China. By means of questionnaire investigation, data analysis and comparative analysis, this paper introduces the characteristics of discipline setting, tutor team, study and employment, training process and achievement, environment and condition of metallurgical scientific research institute, etc. This paper points out the deficiency of graduate education, and puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on development and construction.
