【摘要】：在我國(guó)MBA或MPA研究生復(fù)試中,面試成績(jī)所占比重越來(lái)越大。介紹了命題辯論法、角色扮演法、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)作業(yè)法、小組案例討論法等四種形式的情景模擬面試方法,以及情景模擬面試法在MBA或MPA研究生復(fù)試中的具體實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:In our country MBA or MPA graduate students re-examination, interview results account for more and more proportion. This paper introduces four kinds of scenario simulation interview methods, such as proposition debate method, role playing method, field work method, group case discussion method, and the implementation of scenario simulation interview method in MBA or MPA graduate re-examination.
