【摘要】: 研究生教育質(zhì)量成為人們?nèi)找骊P(guān)注的話題,2007年起在部分高校試行的導(dǎo)師資助制改革目的便是提高研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。導(dǎo)師和研究生是導(dǎo)師資助制的直接相關(guān)者,他們之間的關(guān)系也是影響研究生教育質(zhì)量的重要因素。目前我國研究生教育領(lǐng)域的師生關(guān)系是怎樣的狀況?導(dǎo)師資助制的實(shí)施會(huì)不會(huì)對(duì)師生關(guān)系產(chǎn)生影響?這是本研究關(guān)注的問題。 本研究首先梳理了研究生教育產(chǎn)生至今師生關(guān)系的變化,考察師生關(guān)系的主要影響因素。繼而介紹和分析了導(dǎo)師資助制改革,得出本研究的假設(shè)前提:導(dǎo)師的職責(zé)在導(dǎo)師資助制下主要有三個(gè)維度:學(xué)術(shù)指導(dǎo)、人生指導(dǎo)和經(jīng)濟(jì)資助,師生關(guān)系也圍繞這三個(gè)維度展開。本研究通過問卷調(diào)查來考察博士生導(dǎo)師對(duì)學(xué)生的指導(dǎo)情況、博士生對(duì)導(dǎo)師指導(dǎo)的滿意度以及在此基礎(chǔ)上的師生關(guān)系情況。 通過調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn):博士生對(duì)導(dǎo)師三個(gè)維度指導(dǎo)的評(píng)價(jià)接近“比較滿意”,其中學(xué)術(shù)和人生指導(dǎo)滿意度好于經(jīng)濟(jì)資助滿意度;三個(gè)維度之間顯著相關(guān),三維度的指導(dǎo)與師生關(guān)系有顯著相關(guān)性,其中人生指導(dǎo)和學(xué)術(shù)指導(dǎo)對(duì)師生關(guān)系的影響大于經(jīng)濟(jì)資助;師生關(guān)系幾乎不受性別影響,在不同年級(jí)有差異(隨年級(jí)升高而趨好)但差異不顯著,不同學(xué)科之間師生關(guān)系的評(píng)價(jià)較為復(fù)雜;文科與工科在各維度指導(dǎo)滿意度上存在較大差異。 根據(jù)研究結(jié)果,本論文提出改善師生關(guān)系的建議:在經(jīng)濟(jì)資助方面要彌補(bǔ)經(jīng)費(fèi)缺口,設(shè)立扶持基金,學(xué)科區(qū)別對(duì)待以及規(guī)范財(cái)務(wù)手續(xù);在學(xué)術(shù)指導(dǎo)方面,導(dǎo)師應(yīng)正確發(fā)揮課題項(xiàng)目的作用;在人生指導(dǎo)上,師生間應(yīng)該有更多交流。
[Abstract]:The quality of graduate education has become a topic of increasing concern. The purpose of the reform of tutor support system in some colleges and universities since 2007 is to improve the quality of graduate education. Tutors and postgraduates are directly related to the tutorial subsidy system, and the relationship between them is also an important factor affecting the quality of graduate education. What is the current situation of teacher-student relationship in the field of graduate education in China? Will the implementation of the tutorial subsidy system have an impact on the teacher-student relationship? This is the concern of this study. This study first combs the change of the teacher-student relationship from the beginning of graduate education to the present, and investigates the main influencing factors of the teacher-student relationship. Then, the author introduces and analyzes the reform of tutor support system, and concludes that the premise of this study is that there are three dimensions in the role of tutor: academic guidance, life guidance and economic support, and the relationship between teachers and students revolves around these three dimensions. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the guidance of doctoral tutors to students, their satisfaction with tutors' guidance and the relationship between teachers and students. Through investigation and research, it is found that the evaluation of the three dimensions of tutors' guidance is close to "relatively satisfactory", in which academic and life guidance satisfaction is better than that of financial support, and there is a significant correlation between the three dimensions. There is a significant correlation between three-dimensional guidance and teacher-student relationship, in which the influence of life guidance and academic guidance on teacher-student relationship is greater than that of financial aid, and the teacher-student relationship is almost independent of gender. There are differences in different grades (tend to be better with grade), but the difference is not significant, the evaluation of teacher-student relationship between different subjects is more complex, and there are great differences between liberal arts and engineering in different dimensions of guidance satisfaction. According to the research results, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the teacher-student relationship: to make up for the funding gap in financial aid, to set up the support fund, to treat the subject differently and to standardize the financial procedures; in the aspect of academic guidance, The tutor should give full play to the role of the project, and there should be more communication between teachers and students in life guidance.
