文章摘要：采用CiteSpace知識(shí)可視化工具，基于關(guān)鍵詞共現(xiàn)分析法、膨脹詞探測(cè)法和內(nèi)容分析法，重點(diǎn)對(duì)PQDD數(shù)據(jù)庫中3973篇?dú)W美圖書館學(xué)博士論文的研究熱點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析，此外，還探討研究熱點(diǎn)的演化、研究前沿及其演化。總體上，歐美圖書館學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文研究主題特征表現(xiàn)在：研究內(nèi)容偏重應(yīng)用，絕大多數(shù)論文面向具體圖書館服務(wù)與管理，以及以解決實(shí)際問題為目標(biāo)的工作實(shí)踐。這與歐美整體科學(xué)研究的實(shí)用性和實(shí)證性價(jià)值取向是一致的。此外，，研究主題多樣和細(xì)致，非常注重具有特殊身份和職業(yè)特征的小用戶群體和圖書館館員研究。圖4。表3。參考文獻(xiàn)23。

Abstr：Europe and the United States are considered to be the leaders in the field of library science research. Their doctoral dissertations have an irreplaceable role for studying and tracking the development of library science. In this study, 3 973 doctoral dissertations in the database of PQDD from year 1925 to 2013 are used as the research object. Keywords co-occurrence analysis and expansion word detection methods embedded in CiteSpace are used to generate knowledge map on the theme of the research topic. Knowledge map is used to obtain the clues of the theme and to analyze the content in-depth in order to reveal the research focus, frontiers and their evolution in a period of 89 years. Six features of research themes are displayed. 1） History inspection in specific libraries has been concen- trated in the studies of all kinds of libraries, especially in the studies of public libraries and academic libraries. Compared with public library researches, academic library pays more attention to the strategic development and at the same time to the detailed problems specific to this kind of libraries. 2） Research innovations in information retrieval and information behavior are significant in the interdisciplinary research and the main research bodies are computer technology, mathematics and sociology; the objects of the study focus on specific professions and small user groups with special background. 3） Research on practical guidance of information literacy is active.
