【摘要】：本文研究中國和荷蘭導師如何培養(yǎng)碩士研究生關鍵素養(yǎng),如創(chuàng)新能力、批判性思維、自主發(fā)展能力等。調查以碩士論文指導過程為背景,對20位中國和荷蘭研究型大學教師進行了訪談;訪談數(shù)據(jù)采用Atlas-ti軟件進行編碼。通過對編碼頻次和導師策略共現(xiàn)矩陣進行定量分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):雙方導師使用指導策略總體相似,都綜合運用以教師為中心到以學生為中心的多種指導策略,注重因材施教和營造相應學習氛圍。結合文本內容和案例等材料進行質性分析發(fā)現(xiàn):中國導師更倚重示范作用,對學習過程和質量嚴格把控,導師角色更偏向權威專家,多以引領學生為主;荷蘭導師則更擅長使用連環(huán)提問和主動關照學生情緒的策略,刻意縮減師生間權力距離,導師角色偏向合作研究者。需要注意的是,兩國教師中都存在例外情況。這些差異一定程度上體現(xiàn)了兩國教育傳承和教育價值的差異,同時也為兩國教師提供了更加多元的指導策略選擇。
[Abstract]:This paper studies how Chinese and Dutch mentors cultivate the key qualities of graduate students, such as innovation ability, critical thinking, independent development ability and so on. Based on the guidance process of the master thesis, 20 Chinese and Dutch research university teachers were interviewed, and the interview data were coded by Atlas-ti software. The cooccurrence matrix of coding frequency and tutor strategy is quantitatively analyzed. It is found that the two tutors are similar to each other in the use of guidance strategies, both of which comprehensively use a variety of instructive strategies from teacher-centered to student-centered, and pay attention to teaching in accordance with their aptitude and creating a corresponding learning atmosphere. Based on the qualitative analysis of texts and cases, it is found that Chinese tutors are more dependent on the role of demonstration, strictly control the learning process and quality, and the role of mentors is more biased towards authoritative experts, mostly leading students; Dutch tutors are better at using the strategies of serial questioning and active care of students' emotions, deliberately reducing the power distance between teachers and students, and the role of mentors is biased towards cooperative researchers. It should be noted that there are exceptions between teachers in both countries. To some extent, these differences reflect the differences of educational inheritance and educational value between the two countries, and at the same time provide teachers with more diversified choice of guiding strategies.
