【摘要】:論文研究的主要目的是制定我國專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生教育的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。通過對(duì)我國專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生教育的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的戰(zhàn)略分析,找出我國專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生教育發(fā)展中的機(jī)會(huì)、威脅、優(yōu)勢、劣勢等,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)我國專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生教育發(fā)展中存在的問題,制定我國專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生教育的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),并有針對(duì)性地制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及對(duì)策。論文采用了比較分析方法、系統(tǒng)分析方法以及歸納與演繹相結(jié)合的研究方法。 首先,界定了專業(yè)學(xué)位的概念,概括了專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生教育的起步、發(fā)展,總結(jié)出專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生教育的特點(diǎn)。接著對(duì)戰(zhàn)略管理理論進(jìn)行了概述,指出了戰(zhàn)略管理理論在專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生教育發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中的應(yīng)用,奠定了研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。 其次,研究了國外專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生教育的概況、特點(diǎn),并總結(jié)出其對(duì)我國發(fā)展專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生教育的啟示,對(duì)我國專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生教育的發(fā)展有一定的借鑒意義。 再次,采用SWOT分析法分析了我國專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生教育的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,找出我國專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生教育發(fā)展中的機(jī)會(huì)、威脅、優(yōu)勢、劣勢等,從而明確我國專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生教育的發(fā)展定位。 最后,明確了我國專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生教育的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),應(yīng)用TOWS矩陣制定我國專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生教育發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略方向及具體的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并分別從國家和學(xué)校兩個(gè)角度提出發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施對(duì)策,形成一套適合我國專業(yè)學(xué)位碩士研究生教育的發(fā)展思路,以期對(duì)促進(jìn)專業(yè)學(xué)位教育的可持續(xù)發(fā)展有所幫助。
[Abstract]:The main purpose of this paper is to formulate the development strategy of graduate education of professional degree and master degree in China. Through the detailed strategic analysis of the current situation of graduate education of professional degree and master degree in China, we can find out the opportunities, threats, strengths, weaknesses and so on in the development of graduate education of professional degree and master degree in our country. Thus the problems existing in the development of graduate education of professional degree and master degree in our country are found, the strategic goals of the education of professional degree and master degree in our country are formulated, and the development strategy and countermeasures are formulated. The thesis adopts comparative analysis method, systematic analysis method and research method of combining induction and deduction. Firstly, it defines the concept of professional degree, generalizes the start and development of graduate education of professional degree, and summarizes the characteristics of graduate education of professional degree. Then it summarizes the theory of strategic management, points out the application of strategic management theory in the development strategy of graduate education of professional degree and master degree, and lays a theoretical foundation for the research. Secondly, this paper studies the general situation and characteristics of foreign professional degree and graduate education, and summarizes its enlightenment to the development of professional degree and master's education in our country, which has certain reference significance to the development of our country's professional degree and master's graduate education. Thirdly, this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of professional degree and master education in China by SWOT analysis, and finds out the opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages in the development of professional degree graduate education in China. In order to clarify the development of China's professional degree and graduate education orientation. Finally, the strategic goal of the graduate education of professional degree and master degree in our country is defined, and the strategic direction and specific development strategy of the development of graduate education of professional degree and master degree in China are worked out by using TOWS matrix. And put forward the implementation countermeasures of the development strategy from the two angles of the country and the school, and form a set of development ideas suitable for the professional degree and graduate education in our country, in the hope of promoting the sustainable development of the professional degree education in the hope of helping to promote the sustainable development of the professional degree education.
