【摘要】：高校是知識(shí)富集之所、人才集聚之地,研究生教育管理的效率和有效性對(duì)高校自身、所在區(qū)域乃至國家的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,有效實(shí)施知識(shí)管理已經(jīng)成為重塑組織核心能力的基本方法,也是提升高校研究生教育管理水平的有效途徑。為此,本文提出了在高校研究生教育管理中引入知識(shí)管理的基本思路,在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)并闡釋了在高校研究生教育管理中實(shí)施知識(shí)管理的系統(tǒng)架構(gòu);而后,對(duì)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)過程中的相關(guān)技術(shù)策略進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)討論。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities are the places where knowledge is enriched and talents are gathered. The efficiency and effectiveness of postgraduate education management are very important for the development of universities, regions and even countries.In the era of knowledge economy, the effective implementation of knowledge management has become the basic method of reshaping the core competence of the organization, and is also an effective way to improve the level of postgraduate education management in colleges and universities.Therefore, this paper puts forward the basic idea of introducing knowledge management into the management of graduate education in colleges and universities, and then designs and explains the system structure of implementing knowledge management in the management of graduate education in colleges and universities.The related technical strategies in the process of system implementation are discussed in detail.
