【摘要】：研究生黨建工作在高等學校人才培養(yǎng)中占有重要地位。文章分析指出了研究生黨建存在思想認識不足、黨建機制弱化、支部建設(shè)薄弱、導師作用淡化、管理人員缺乏和入黨動機多元等六大現(xiàn)實瓶頸,并從提高認識、制度創(chuàng)新、支部建設(shè)、導師功能、管理隊伍與完善載體等六個方面提出了加強和改進研究生黨建的應(yīng)對思路。
[Abstract]:Party building of graduate students plays an important role in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.The paper points out that there are six realistic bottlenecks in the party building of graduate students, such as insufficient understanding of the Party building, weakening of the party building mechanism, weak branch building, desalination of the role of the mentor, lack of managers and pluralistic motivation for joining the party, and so on.Six aspects, such as branch construction, tutor function, management team and perfect carrier, are put forward to strengthen and improve the party building of graduate students.
