【摘要】：博士后質量管理與評價系統(tǒng)的建立是博士后管理的核心,博士后管理制度組織結構的復雜性、質量評價目標的多元性以及評價工作內容的主觀性都使博士后評價體系面臨各種矛盾。多向度評體系應起到對博士后質量的鑒定、診斷、監(jiān)督、調節(jié)、導向與激勵功能,以保證多維利益相關者之間的目標差異降到最低,并保證一旦發(fā)生沖突時能進行有效協(xié)調。
[Abstract]:The establishment of post - doctoral quality management and evaluation system is the core of post - doctoral management , the complexity of post - doctoral management system organization structure , the diversity of quality evaluation objectives and the subjective nature of the evaluation work content make the post - doctoral evaluation system face various contradictions . The multi - direction rating system should play a role in identifying , diagnosing , supervising , adjusting , directing and activating postdoctoral quality , so as to ensure that the target difference among the multi - dimensional stakeholders is minimized , and that effective coordination can be made once the conflict occurs .
