【摘要】：正我自1981年即從事學(xué)位與研究生教育的管理和研究工作,雖已離開(kāi)管理工作崗位多年,但仍然關(guān)注著我國(guó)學(xué)位與研究生教育事業(yè)的改革與發(fā)展。問(wèn)青松博士近十年來(lái)一直從事學(xué)位與研究生教育管理工作并注重相關(guān)研究,他承擔(dān)的中國(guó)學(xué)位與研究生教育學(xué)會(huì)"十一五"委托課題"省級(jí)地方學(xué)位委員會(huì)功能作用"具有重要的理論研究?jī)r(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)的指導(dǎo)意義。
