【摘要】：信念,是教育中的潛在變量;是飄蕩于學(xué)校上空的“幽靈”;是教育主體追求人生高度的精神階梯。信念問(wèn)題不僅是一個(gè)文化問(wèn)題、人生問(wèn)題,更是一個(gè)教育問(wèn)題,我們的教育事業(yè)就是基于信念的事業(yè)。面對(duì)當(dāng)今時(shí)代給予我們的現(xiàn)實(shí)震撼,和由此產(chǎn)生的信念危機(jī),很多徘徊在教育“怪像”中的教育工作者渴望突圍,渴望訴說(shuō),渴望被傾聽。鑒于此,不僅教育信念的研究顯得極為重要,教師、學(xué)生的自我研究和寫作更應(yīng)該得到重視。本論文基于生活史視角來(lái)探索生活體驗(yàn)與教育信念的關(guān)系。從我的故事、他們的故事、我們的求索三個(gè)角度展開。第一部分我的故事按時(shí)間順序分別選取小學(xué)、初中、高中、本科和研究生階段的“重要事件”與“重要他人”,主要敘述和反思筆者本人的教育生活體驗(yàn),為讀者提供一個(gè)活生生的自我形成的社會(huì)過(guò)程;第二部分他們的故事主要是家族和同齡人的故事,從他們身上尋找我的痕跡的同時(shí)可以關(guān)照整個(gè)時(shí)代背景和社會(huì)文化背景;第三部分是我們的求索,是關(guān)于筆者本人、更是關(guān)于教師群體對(duì)教育信念的探索與思考,對(duì)教育事業(yè)愿景的執(zhí)著與守望。
[Abstract]:Belief is the latent variable in education, the "ghost" floating over the school, and the spiritual ladder for the educational subject to pursue the height of life.Belief is not only a cultural problem, life problem, but also an educational problem.Facing the shock of reality and the crisis of faith, many educators who are wandering in the "strange image" of education are eager to break through, to speak and to be listened to.In view of this, not only the study of educational beliefs is extremely important, but also teachers and students should pay more attention to their self-research and writing.This paper explores the relationship between life experience and educational beliefs from the perspective of life history.From my story, their story, our quest for three angles.The first part of my story selects the "important events" and "important others" in the stages of primary school, junior high school, high school, undergraduate and graduate school respectively according to the chronological order, and mainly narrates and reflects on my own experience of education and life.The second part of their stories are mainly the stories of families and peers, looking for my traces from them at the same time can take care of the entire era and social and cultural background;The third part is our quest, is about the author himself, but also about the teacher group to the education faith exploration and the ponder, to the education cause vision persistence and the watch.
