【摘要】:工商管理碩士(MBA)教育是專(zhuān)業(yè)學(xué)位教育,起源于美國(guó),MBA教育作為高等管理教育的重要組成部分已有近百年的歷史,F(xiàn)在MBA課程在歐美已經(jīng)形成相當(dāng)成熟的體系,它的理論基礎(chǔ)橫跨經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、自然科學(xué)和人文科學(xué),課程內(nèi)容涵蓋了企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)運(yùn)作中的方方面面,體現(xiàn)了市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)作的特征和要求。MBA教育已成為發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家管理教育的重點(diǎn),MBA畢業(yè)生成為管理學(xué)院的主產(chǎn)品,在各國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮了重要的作用。 與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,我國(guó)的MBA教育起步較晚,僅有十幾年的發(fā)展歷史,但發(fā)展迅速。我國(guó)的MBA教育肩負(fù)著為我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)培養(yǎng)大批合格管理人才的重任,需要在不斷改革和探索的基礎(chǔ)上逐步形成符合中國(guó)實(shí)際情況、適應(yīng)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制要求、與國(guó)際管理教育接軌的教育模式。目前MBA院校在不斷增加,辦學(xué)形式和辦學(xué)種類(lèi)多樣,但各院校綜合實(shí)力和辦學(xué)條件參差不齊。如何辦好財(cái)經(jīng)類(lèi)MBA教育,如何與國(guó)際接軌并體現(xiàn)各自院校的辦學(xué)特色,以謀求更大的發(fā)展空間,是各財(cái)經(jīng)類(lèi)MBA辦學(xué)院校所亟待解決的問(wèn)題。本文針對(duì)財(cái)經(jīng)類(lèi)院校MBA教育的特點(diǎn),以D財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)MBA學(xué)院為背景,介紹了D財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)開(kāi)展MBA教育的探索與實(shí)踐,著重探討了財(cái)經(jīng)類(lèi)院校MBA教育的指導(dǎo)思想、辦學(xué)體制和辦學(xué)特色等方面的問(wèn)題。 本文研究的問(wèn)題包括四個(gè)部分:第一部分闡述我國(guó)MBA教育的理論基礎(chǔ);第二部分介紹中西方MBA教育發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)狀,并進(jìn)行比較,找出我國(guó)MBA教育的差距和不足:第三部分介紹財(cái)經(jīng)類(lèi)院校MBA的辦學(xué)特點(diǎn)和存在的問(wèn)題,以D財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)MBA教育模式為典型說(shuō)明財(cái)經(jīng)類(lèi)院校應(yīng)如何揚(yáng)長(zhǎng)避短,突出辦學(xué)特色;第四部分通過(guò)上述對(duì)MBA教育的闡述和分析,針對(duì)財(cái)經(jīng)類(lèi)院校MBA教育的完善和創(chuàng)新提出建議。
[Abstract]:Master of Business Administration (MBA) education is the professional degree education originated in the United States, the history of MBA education as an important part of higher management education for nearly 100 years. Now MBA course in Europe and the United States has formed a mature system, its theoretical basis across the economics, management, natural sciences and the humanities curriculum content covers the business operation aspects, reflects the characteristics and requirements of.MBA education in the market economy operation has become the focus of management education in developed countries, MBA graduates become the main products of management schools, play an important role in the economic development of the country.
Compared with developed countries, China's MBA education started late, only ten years of development history, but develops rapidly. China's MBA education shoulders the responsibility of cultivating qualified management personnel for the construction of China's market economy, based on the need to continue to reform and Exploration on gradually formed China accords with the actual situation, to meet the requirements the socialist market economic system, in line with the international management education model in colleges. At present MBA is increasing, school form and school variety, but various colleges and universities comprehensive strength and school conditions. How to run through the uneven property of MBA education, how to connect with international institutions and reflect their own characteristics, to seek greater development space the finance is the MBA schools of the problems to be solved. Based on the characteristics of colleges and universities of Finance and economics of MBA education, D MBA University of Finance and Economics College as the background, introduces the D Finance The university carries out the exploration and practice of MBA education, and focuses on the guiding ideology of MBA education in the financial institutions of Finance and economics, the system of running a school and the characteristics of running a school.
This paper includes four parts: the first part describes the theoretical basis of China's MBA education; the second part introduces the development of MBA education in western history and current situation, and compared to find out our MBA education gaps and deficiencies: the third part introduces the finance and Economics Colleges MBA do learn the characteristics and the existing, to MBA the education mode of D University of Finance and economics as the typical financial colleges should explain how to avoid weaknesses, highlight the school characteristics; the fourth part through the elaboration and analysis of MBA education, aiming at the perfection and innovation of financial institutions MBA education are proposed.
