成渝兩地碩士研究生戀愛焦慮的研究

【摘要】:我國碩士研究生大多處于成年期的發(fā)展階段。根據(jù)畢生發(fā)展心理學理論,愛情和婚姻是碩士研究生的重要發(fā)展任務之一,是他們必須面臨的重要人生課題,關系到他們一生的幸福。已有的研究表明,我國碩士研究生的戀愛問題日益突出,戀愛問題已成為引發(fā)碩士研究生焦慮情緒的重要原因之一。所以,研究碩士研究生的戀愛焦慮問題對于切實加強碩士研究生的心理健康教育,提高碩士研究生的心理健康水平具有重要意義。雖然我國對碩士研究生的戀愛問題有一些研究,但這些研究更多是描述性和經(jīng)驗性的,還沒有人通過實證研究的方法,系統(tǒng)探討碩士研究生的戀愛焦慮問題。本研究以成渝兩地碩士研究生為研究對象,在參考國內外相關研究的基礎上,編制了成渝兩地碩士研究生戀愛焦慮問卷及其影響因素問卷,對成渝兩地碩士研究生的戀愛焦慮進行了調查,探討了其戀愛焦慮的特點及其影響因素,據(jù)此提出了有針對性的教育對策。 本研究的主要結論如下: (1)本研究編制的兩份調查問卷具有較好的信效度,可以作為研究碩士研究生戀愛焦慮的有效工具?傮w上成渝兩地碩士研究生在戀愛缺乏、戀愛相處、父母認同、戀愛焦慮生理反應上表現(xiàn)出不同程度的焦慮情緒,各維度的得分大小為:戀愛相處焦慮父母認同焦慮戀愛缺乏焦慮戀愛焦慮生理表現(xiàn)。 (2)不同性別的成渝兩地碩士研究生的戀愛焦慮存在顯著差異。在戀愛相處焦慮、戀愛焦慮生理反應和戀愛焦慮總問卷上,男生得分顯著高于女生。 (3)不同年齡的成渝兩地碩士研究生的總體戀愛焦慮無顯著差異。年齡越大的碩士研究生,其戀愛缺乏焦慮得分越高;年齡越小的碩士研究生,其父母認同焦慮得分越高;在戀愛相處焦慮與生理反應上,各年齡段的碩士研究生無顯著差異。 (4)不同年級的成渝兩地碩士研究生的戀愛相處焦慮與戀愛焦慮生理反應存在顯著差異。二年級碩士研究生得分顯著高于一年級和三年級碩士研究生。 (5)未戀愛或已戀愛的成渝兩地碩士研究生的戀愛焦慮存在顯著差異。在戀愛相處焦慮和戀愛焦慮生理反應維度上,未戀愛者得分顯著高于已戀愛者。 (6)不同性格的成渝兩地碩士研究生的戀愛焦慮存在顯著差異。在戀愛相處焦慮維度和戀愛焦慮總問卷上,性格內向型者的得分顯著高于外向型者。 (7)成渝兩地碩士研究生的戀愛焦慮在生源地、、戀愛經(jīng)歷上不存在顯著的統(tǒng)計差異。 (8)在影響因素研究中,重要他人支持與生活壓力對成渝兩地碩士生的戀愛焦慮的影響最為顯著,其次是父母觀念與戀愛認知。結合人口學變量作路徑分析后發(fā)現(xiàn),重要他人支持、生活壓力、父母觀念、戀愛認知、生源地、性格、性別和目前是否戀愛共八個因素分別在不同程度上對成渝兩地碩十研究生的戀愛焦慮有直接或間接的影響與預測作用。
[Abstract]:Most of the graduate students in China are at the stage of development in adulthood. According to the theory of lifelong developmental psychology, love and marriage are the important development of graduate students, Ren Wuzhi, and an important subject of life that they must face. Related to their happiness in life. The existing research shows that the love problem of the graduate students in our country is becoming more and more prominent, the love problem has become one of the important reasons that cause the anxiety of the graduate students of the master's degree. It is of great significance to study the love anxiety of the postgraduates in order to strengthen the mental health education of the postgraduates and improve the mental health level of the postgraduates. Although there are some studies on the love problems of the postgraduates in our country, However, these studies are more descriptive and empirical, and no one has systematically explored the relationship anxiety of graduate students in Chengdu-Chongqing through the method of empirical research. Based on the relevant research at home and abroad, this paper compiled the questionnaire of love anxiety and its influencing factors of master degree students in Chengdu-Chongqing, and investigated the love anxiety of master students in Chengdu-Chongqing. This paper probes into the characteristics of love anxiety and its influencing factors, and puts forward corresponding educational countermeasures. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:. 1) the two questionnaires developed in this study have good reliability and validity, and can be used as an effective tool for the study of love anxiety of graduate students. The physiological reaction of love anxiety showed different degree of anxiety, and the scores of each dimension were as follows: love get along, anxiety, parents agree, anxiety, love anxiety, love anxiety, lack of physiological expression of love anxiety. (2) there were significant differences in love anxiety among master degree students of Chengdu-Chongqing and Chongqing. The scores of male students were significantly higher than that of girls in the relationship anxiety, relationship anxiety physiological reaction and the total love anxiety questionnaire. 3) there was no significant difference in total love anxiety among master degree students of different ages in Chengdu-Chongqing. The older the master degree, the higher the score of love deficiency anxiety, the younger the age, the higher the score of parental identity anxiety. There was no significant difference in relationship anxiety and physiological reaction among postgraduates of different ages. (4) there were significant differences in relationship anxiety and relationship anxiety physiological reaction between Chengdu-Chongqing graduate students in different grades, and the scores of sophomore students were significantly higher than those of first-year and third-graders. (5) there was significant difference in love anxiety among master degree students in Chengdu-Chongqing who had not been in love or had been in love, and the scores of those who were not in love were significantly higher than those who had been in love in the dimension of relationship anxiety and physiological reaction of love anxiety. (6) there were significant differences in love anxiety among master degree students in Chengdu-Chongqing city, and the scores of introverted students were significantly higher than those of extroverts in the dimension of relationship anxiety and the total questionnaire of love anxiety. (7) there is no significant statistical difference in love anxiety among graduate students in Chengdu-Chongqing. In the study of influencing factors, significant others' support and life pressure had the most significant influence on love anxiety of master students in Chengdu-Chongqing, followed by parents' concept and love cognition. Important other people support, life pressure, parental concept, love cognition, source of life, character, Gender and whether or not in love at present have direct or indirect influence and prediction on love anxiety of 10 graduate students in Chengdu-Chongqing.
