【摘要】：正為什么中國高校很難培養(yǎng)出創(chuàng)新、杰出、拔尖人才?中國研究型大學(xué)與世界一流大學(xué)的差距主要在哪里?筆者認(rèn)為一個重要因素是我們在高等教育的最高層次博士生教育環(huán)節(jié)上的落后。如果我們培養(yǎng)不出創(chuàng)新、杰出、拔尖的博士生,在科學(xué)和學(xué)術(shù)上不能做出原創(chuàng)性的重大發(fā)現(xiàn)和貢獻(xiàn),那么中國在國際學(xué)術(shù)和高級教育體系
