【摘要】: 高級管理人員工商管理碩士EMBA教育項目由美國芝加哥大學(xué)管理學(xué)院首創(chuàng)于1943年,是一種具有學(xué)位的在職培訓(xùn),旨在為商界領(lǐng)袖及中高層管理人員補充和更新商務(wù)知識,提高其經(jīng)營和管理水平。經(jīng)過幾十年的探索和努力,它已成為一種因應(yīng)社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展需要,滿足廣大中高層管理人員需求的教育。EMBA教育在人才培養(yǎng)模式、課程設(shè)計、教學(xué)方法等方面均有自身的特點與傳統(tǒng)的理論型研究生教育模式有較大的差異。 我國的EMBA教育同MBA教育一樣都是都是從國外引進的,并且EMBA教育是在先引進的MBA教育的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來的。面對新世紀經(jīng)濟全球化和新經(jīng)濟崛起的挑戰(zhàn),以及復(fù)雜的市場競爭環(huán)境,使企業(yè)的高層管理人員迫切需要更新管理知識,提高管理能力。因此,我國EMBA教育既面臨著大好的發(fā)展形勢,也擔(dān)負著艱巨的任務(wù)。開展EMBA教育工作,是學(xué)位與研究生教育主動適應(yīng)我國改革開放和社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)對高層次經(jīng)營管理人才的迫切需求,積極探索和完善具有我國特色的MBA教育體系的重要舉措。 本論文選取三個美國著名商學(xué)院的EMBA教育模式和與EMBA相關(guān)的MBA、EDP教育模式進行個案分析和橫向比較,總結(jié)美國EMBA的辦學(xué)之道和成功經(jīng)驗,進而分析我國EMBA教育的現(xiàn)況和特點。因為課程在EMBA教育的培養(yǎng)過程中占據(jù)重要的地位,特辟專章探討中美EMBA教育的課程設(shè)置和比較,提出了我國EMBA教育質(zhì)量存在的問題和對策,指出全球EDP高層管理培訓(xùn)將是EMBA教育的未來發(fā)展之路,最后探討了我國EMBA教育帶來高等教育理論和實踐的思考。
[Abstract]:Founded in 1943 by the school of management at the university of Chicago, the EMBA education program for senior managers is a degree-based, on-the-job training designed to supplement and update business knowledge for business leaders and middle-and senior managers. Improve its management and management level. After decades of exploration and efforts, it has become a kind of education that meets the needs of social and economic development and meets the needs of the vast number of middle and senior management personnel. The EMBA education in talent training mode, curriculum design, Teaching methods and other aspects have their own characteristics and the traditional theoretical model of postgraduate education has greater differences. The EMBA education in our country, like the MBA education, is all imported from abroad, and the EMBA education is developed on the basis of the MBA education that was introduced first. Facing the challenge of the economic globalization and the rising of the new economy in the new century, As well as the complex market competition environment, it is urgent for the senior managers to update their management knowledge and improve their management ability. Therefore, China's EMBA education is facing a good development situation. It is also an arduous task to carry out EMBA education, which is an urgent need for high-level management personnel in China's reform and opening up and socialist modernization. Actively explore and improve the MBA education system with the characteristics of China's important measures. This paper selects the EMBA education model of three famous American business schools and the EMBA related education model to carry on the case analysis and the horizontal comparison, summarizes the American EMBA running the way and the successful experience. Then it analyzes the current situation and characteristics of EMBA education in China. Because the curriculum occupies an important position in the training process of EMBA education, this paper discusses the curriculum design and comparison of EMBA education between China and the United States, and puts forward the problems and countermeasures of the quality of EMBA education in China. It is pointed out that global EDP senior management training will be the way of future development of EMBA education. Finally, this paper discusses the theory and practice of higher education brought about by EMBA education in China.
