【摘要】：從資助來(lái)源、資助力度、資助方式、資助分布四個(gè)方面分析美國(guó)聯(lián)邦政府對(duì)科學(xué)與工程領(lǐng)域研究生的資助情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)其具有以下特點(diǎn):注重對(duì)資助進(jìn)行規(guī)劃,制定法規(guī)制度保障資助順利實(shí)施;資助力度較大,有意識(shí)地引導(dǎo)研究生科研能力發(fā)展;資助來(lái)源廣泛、方式靈活,重視研究生職業(yè)發(fā)展;積極開(kāi)展資助效果評(píng)估,強(qiáng)調(diào)研究生資助與國(guó)家需要緊密聯(lián)系。這對(duì)進(jìn)一步完善我國(guó)科學(xué)與工程領(lǐng)域研究生資助體系具有啟示意義。
[Abstract]:From four aspects of funding sources, intensity, method and distribution of funding, this paper analyzes the federal government's funding for graduate students in the fields of science and engineering, and finds that it has the following characteristics: focusing on the planning of funding. To formulate laws and regulations to ensure the smooth implementation of financial assistance; to make greater efforts to support and consciously guide the development of graduate students' scientific research capabilities; to provide support from a wide range of sources and in a flexible manner, and to attach importance to the professional development of graduate students; It is emphasized that graduate student support should be closely related to the national needs, which has enlightening significance for the further improvement of graduate student support system in science and engineering in China.
