【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)建成,北部灣經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)入重要階段,廣西的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)強(qiáng)勁的勢(shì)頭。高學(xué)歷、高技能的人才不足已成為制約廣西經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)富民強(qiáng)桂目標(biāo)的主要因素之一。與此同時(shí),作為中高層次人才的碩士畢業(yè)生就業(yè)情況并不理想。導(dǎo)致這個(gè)局面的形成有諸多原因。其中,碩士生自身的擇業(yè)行為就是一個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素,它們直接作用于碩士生的擇業(yè)結(jié)果。本研究通過(guò)考察廣西碩士生在擇業(yè)過(guò)程的各種擇業(yè)行為,實(shí)證研究了廣西碩士生與用人單位、碩士生之間、碩士生與本科生存在的博弈關(guān)系,結(jié)果顯示,廣西碩士生擇業(yè)行為具有擇業(yè)因素單一、擇業(yè)流向明顯、擇業(yè)時(shí)間過(guò)長(zhǎng)和期望收入合理等特點(diǎn),擇業(yè)博弈普遍存在,并且這些博弈行為加劇了碩士生的自愿性失業(yè)。解決碩士生自愿性失業(yè)的問(wèn)題需要多方共同努力。一是政府通過(guò)提供充分、全面的就業(yè)信息,建立制衡機(jī)制,獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)誠(chéng)信、懲罰虛假,消除勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)分割,減少收益的差距等方面采取措施,優(yōu)化就業(yè)環(huán)境。二是用人單位則堅(jiān)持合理招賢納才,做到招聘工作科學(xué)合理。三是高校構(gòu)建科學(xué)的就業(yè)服務(wù)體系,為碩士生擇業(yè)提供有力支持。四是碩士生要發(fā)揮主體作用,在提高自身綜合能力的基礎(chǔ)上堅(jiān)持就業(yè)期望值,合理參與應(yīng)聘。
[Abstract]:With the establishment of the China-ASEAN Free Trade area, the development of the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone has entered an important stage, and the development of Guangxi has shown a strong momentum. The shortage of highly educated and highly skilled personnel has become a constraint on Guangxi's economic development. One of the main factors to realize the goal of enriching the people and strengthening Gui. At the same time, the employment situation of master's graduates, who are middle and high-level talents, is not ideal. There are many reasons leading to this situation. The job selection behavior of the master students is a key factor, which directly affects the job selection results of the master students. This study empirically studies the employment choice behavior of the master students in Guangxi, and studies the employment units of the master students in Guangxi, through the investigation of the various behaviors of the master students in the process of choosing jobs in Guangxi. The game relationship between master students and undergraduates shows that the behavior of master students in Guangxi has the characteristics of single factor, obvious direction of career selection, long career selection time and reasonable expected income, and so on. And these game behaviors have aggravated the voluntary unemployment of master students. To solve the problem of voluntary unemployment of master students, we need to make joint efforts. First, the government should provide sufficient and comprehensive employment information, establish checks and balances, and reward honesty. Punishment of falsehood, elimination of labor market segmentation, reduction of income gaps, and other measures to optimize the employment environment. Second, employers insist on reasonable recruitment of talents and talents. Third, colleges and universities should set up a scientific employment service system to provide strong support for master students in choosing jobs. Fourth, master students should play a major role and adhere to employment expectations on the basis of improving their comprehensive ability. Reasonable participation in the application.
