【摘要】： 隨著我國研究生招生規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大和收費(fèi)制度的改革,現(xiàn)有的研究生資助體制已不能滿足研究生教育持續(xù)發(fā)展的需要,研究生資助體制的改革勢在必行。如何制定、健全與我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)相適應(yīng)、兼顧效率與公平、有利于研究生教育持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的資助體制,是我國研究生教育改革的重要問題。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較研究法、歷史研究方法、理論研究等方法對高校研究生資助體制的歷史發(fā)展脈絡(luò)、現(xiàn)行高校研究生資助體制存在的主要問題以及如何完善地方高校資助體系的對策進(jìn)行了論述與分析,為健全我國研究生資助體制提供借鑒與參考。 本論文共分五章。第一章闡明了選題的背景、意義以及在綜述國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了全文的研究思路和方法,并概括了本文的特色與可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二章分析了高校研究生資助體系的歷史發(fā)展脈絡(luò)。第三章論述了高校研究生資助體系存在的主要問題。第四章從借鑒國外研究生資助體系的可取經(jīng)驗(yàn)、創(chuàng)建有效的高校研究生資助保障體系、進(jìn)一步完善“獎、貸、補(bǔ)、助、減”混合資助體系、積極探索新型的地方高校研究生資助形式四個方面來論述如何完善地方高校研究生資助體制。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of graduate student enrollment and the reform of charge system, the existing graduate student support system can no longer meet the needs of the sustained development of graduate education, and the reform of graduate student funding system is imperative. It is an important issue in the reform of graduate education to perfect the financial aid system, which adapts to the socialist market economy of our country, takes into account the efficiency and fairness, and is conducive to the sustained and healthy development of graduate education. This paper discusses and analyzes the historical development of the graduate funding system in colleges and universities, the main problems existing in the current graduate funding system in colleges and universities, and the countermeasures of how to improve the funding system of local colleges and universities by the methods of historical research and theoretical research. Provide reference and reference for perfecting our country graduate student aid system. This thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter clarifies the background, significance and the research ideas and methods of the whole thesis based on the review of the current research situation at home and abroad. The second chapter analyzes the historical development of graduate student support system in colleges and universities. Chapter three discusses the main problems existing in the system. Chapter 4th draws lessons from the countries that use for reference. The desirable experience of the graduate student support system, To create an effective support system for graduate students in colleges and universities, and to further improve the "award, loan, subsidy, assistance and subtraction" mixed support system, This paper discusses how to perfect the graduate student support system in local colleges and universities from four aspects: exploring the new type of graduate student support form in local colleges and universities.
