【摘要】：正在我讀研究生期間(15—20年前),我們研究所的博士后只有包括院士在內(nèi)的知名教授能帶,應(yīng)該都是國家資助的,名額很少,具體數(shù)目不詳。現(xiàn)在國家資助的博士后依然很少,據(jù)研究所人事部門說每年僅2人;但國家現(xiàn)在允許自籌博士后,似乎沒有名額限制。兩類博士后的待
[Abstract]:While I was studying as a graduate student, 15 to 20 years ago, only famous professors, including academicians, could take the post docs of our institute. They should all be state-funded, with very few places, but the exact number is unknown. At present, the number of postdoctoral candidates funded by the state is still very few. According to the institute's personnel department, there are only two people a year; however, the state now allows self-financing of postdoctoral candidates, which seems to be unlimited.
