【摘要】："研究生不斷增長(zhǎng)的復(fù)合型需求與學(xué)校和社會(huì)對(duì)這一需求的滿足程度相對(duì)不足的矛盾"已成為當(dāng)下高校研究生工作的主要矛盾。正確處理這一主要矛盾需從多方面著手:必須堅(jiān)持創(chuàng)新引領(lǐng),努力提升研究生的學(xué)術(shù)研究水平;堅(jiān)持德育為先,努力打造研究生實(shí)踐育人途徑;堅(jiān)持以人為本,尊重研究生的主體地位;切實(shí)保障研究生的合理利益,努力為研究生創(chuàng)造良好的發(fā)展環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:"the contradiction between the increasing complex demand of graduate students and the degree of satisfaction of the school and society to this demand" has become the main contradiction of graduate students' work in colleges and universities at present. To deal with this main contradiction correctly, we should deal with it from various aspects. Face to face: we must insist on innovation-led, Strive to improve the academic research level of graduate students; adhere to moral education first, strive to create a practical approach for postgraduate education; adhere to people-oriented, respect the main position of graduate students; ensure the reasonable interests of graduate students, Strive to create a good development environment for graduate students.
