【摘要】：中國的高等教育面臨著諸多挑戰(zhàn)，當(dāng)今日益激烈的國與國之間的競爭，實(shí)質(zhì)是智力和人才的競爭，博士生教育作為高等教育的最高層次，其質(zhì)量和水平體現(xiàn)著國家的人才實(shí)力。而中國的博士生教育無論在理論研究方面還是在實(shí)踐水平方面都存在很多不足，博士生教育質(zhì)量與國外相比也有明顯的差距，造成這種狀況的原因是多方面的，，例如系統(tǒng)的教育模式的缺乏。 本文在模式、模式論和流程再造的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)博士生教育所具備的不同特點(diǎn)，結(jié)合系統(tǒng)論、教育哲學(xué)、組織職能配置等方法和理論，把“學(xué)生”這種教育的特殊“產(chǎn)品”作為核心，從而提出了博士生教育的4P模式，即：規(guī)劃(Plan)、生產(chǎn)(Producing)、產(chǎn)品(Production)、提高(Promotion)。進(jìn)而在4P模式的基礎(chǔ)上，融合博士生教育活動(dòng)的相關(guān)因素，構(gòu)建了研究型大學(xué)博士生教育的體系。該體系包含了高校作為組織應(yīng)具備的所有職能要素，可從要素構(gòu)成上確保高校博士生教育工作的正常運(yùn)行；而該體系完整的結(jié)構(gòu)和系統(tǒng)的功能，則能使博士生教育在保持相對封閉的同時(shí)又不失彈性。最后，本文對中南大學(xué)博士生教育發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略做了具體的構(gòu)想，提出應(yīng)以“技術(shù)創(chuàng)新”作為戰(zhàn)略主線把中南大學(xué)建設(shè)成為高水平綜合性研究型大學(xué)。
[Abstract]:China higher education is facing many challenges, when nations increasingly fierce competition, the essence is the competition of intelligence and talents, doctoral education as the highest level of higher education, the quality and level of talent. It embodies the national strength and Chinese doctoral education both in theory and in the level of practice there are many deficiencies, the doctoral education quality compared with other countries there are obvious gaps, the reasons for this situation are in many aspects, such as the lack of systematic education mode.
In this model, based on model and process reengineering, according to different characteristics of doctoral education with the combination of system theory, education philosophy, the organization function arrangement method and the theory of "student" the education of "special products" as the core, and then put forward the doctoral education pattern of 4P, namely: production planning (Plan), (Producing), product (Production), (Promotion). Then the improved 4P model based on the integration of related factors of doctoral education activities, the construction of Research University doctoral education system. This system contains all functional elements of the University as the organization should have, from the elements composition to ensure the normal operation of Chinese doctoral education; and the integrity of the system structure and system function, make the relatively close and elastic. Finally, the Central South University The strategy of doctoral education development is concretely conceived. It is put forward that "technological innovation" should be taken as a strategic thread to build Central South University into a high-level comprehensive research university.
