我國東部經(jīng)濟欠發(fā)達地區(qū)幼兒教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及因素分析——山東省臨沂市為例

【摘要】:學(xué)前教育是基礎(chǔ)教育的重要組成部分,在經(jīng)濟欠發(fā)達地區(qū),人們對優(yōu)質(zhì)學(xué)前教育資源的需求與優(yōu)質(zhì)學(xué)前教育資源短缺的矛盾日趨突出,高素質(zhì)幼兒教師短缺成為制約學(xué)前教育發(fā)展的瓶頸之一。本研究運用實地調(diào)查、個別訪談等方法,對我國東部經(jīng)濟欠發(fā)達地區(qū)的山東省臨沂市幼兒教育調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn):幼兒教師教學(xué)任務(wù)重、專業(yè)合格率較低、流動性強的問題突出。究其原因主要是政府投入不足,教師工資偏低,福利待遇較差,造成幼教職業(yè)情感認同較低;入職門檻低,學(xué)歷層次低,且教育交流機會少,幼兒教師專業(yè)發(fā)展水平低。
[Abstract]:Preschool education is an important part of basic education. In economically underdeveloped areas, the contradiction between the demand for high-quality preschool education resources and the shortage of high-quality preschool education resources is becoming increasingly prominent, and the shortage of high-quality preschool teachers has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of preschool education. By using the methods of field investigation and individual interview, this study investigates the early childhood education in Linyi City, Shandong Province, which is underdeveloped in the eastern part of China. It is found that the teaching task of preschool teachers is heavy, the qualified rate of specialty is low, and the problem of strong mobility is prominent. The main reasons are the lack of government investment, the low salary of teachers, the poor welfare treatment, resulting in low professional emotional identity of preschool education, low entry threshold, low educational level, and less opportunities for educational communication, and the level of professional development of preschool teachers is low.
