【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國(guó)學(xué)前教育在得以高度重視和大力發(fā)展的同時(shí),也存在著諸多隱憂,尤其是在學(xué)前教育專業(yè)建設(shè)與發(fā)展方面,存在著盲目辦學(xué)、供需脫節(jié)等突出問(wèn)題與矛盾,對(duì)我國(guó)學(xué)前教育事業(yè)的健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展有著嚴(yán)重的消極性滯后影響,亟待科學(xué)的頂層設(shè)計(jì)與有效治理來(lái)加以督導(dǎo)和規(guī)范。教育行政部門(mén)應(yīng)在對(duì)我國(guó)學(xué)前教育專業(yè)人才需求的全方位預(yù)測(cè)基礎(chǔ)上,綜合考慮城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌與均衡發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,對(duì)學(xué)前教育專業(yè)進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理的設(shè)計(jì)與布局,并對(duì)現(xiàn)有的專業(yè)辦學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整。
[Abstract]:At present, while preschool education in our country can attach great importance to and vigorously develop, there are also many hidden worries, especially in the construction and development of preschool education specialty, there are some outstanding problems and contradictions, such as blind running a school, disconnection between supply and demand, which has a serious negative and backward influence on the healthy and sustainable development of preschool education in our country, and it is urgent to supervise and standardize the scientific top-level design and effective governance. On the basis of omni-directional prediction of the demand of preschool education professionals in China, the administrative department of education should comprehensively consider the reality of overall planning and balanced development of urban and rural areas, carry out scientific and reasonable design and layout of preschool education specialty, and adjust the existing professional structure of running a school.
