幼兒園男教師實(shí)際工作情況以及影響男性參與學(xué)前教育因素的研究

【摘要】: 在學(xué)前教育領(lǐng)域人們不能忽視的一個問題是,幼兒園教師性別傾斜是一個普遍存在的現(xiàn)象。雖然長期以來幼兒園中教師性別不平衡的問題引起了大家廣泛的關(guān)注和思考,但是大多數(shù)研究者只是單方面從理論上強(qiáng)調(diào)在幼兒園非常有必要增加男教師,并提出了許多關(guān)于提高教師性別平衡好處的假設(shè),而相關(guān)的來自實(shí)證研究的能支持那些看上去言之確鑿的假設(shè)的證據(jù)非常少。筆者對在學(xué)前教育領(lǐng)域內(nèi)是否真的需要增加男教師這個問題非常感興趣,通過實(shí)證研究(量的研究、質(zhì)的研究和文獻(xiàn)分析)的方法對這個問題做了深層次的思考和討論,,得出了一個和以前不一樣的答案——男教師在幼兒園的工作需要辯證地看待。本論文采用質(zhì)的研究的方法進(jìn)行個案研究,對所選擇的研究對象的實(shí)際工作情況從動態(tài)的角度和多維的層面進(jìn)行了實(shí)地考察,認(rèn)為男教師在幼兒園的實(shí)際工作情況總體是不太讓人滿意的;本論文采用量的研究的方法進(jìn)行較大范圍內(nèi)的抽樣研究,詳細(xì)了解了影響男性參與學(xué)前教育的因素,統(tǒng)計(jì)了各個影響因素的實(shí)際影響能力,證明了性格、語言表達(dá)特點(diǎn)、群體歸屬結(jié)果、幼兒年齡、工資收入對男性參與學(xué)前教育有顯著性的影響,尤其群體歸屬結(jié)果、幼兒年齡和工資收入三個因素的影響能力明顯;本論文采用文獻(xiàn)分析的方法從社會學(xué)的角度來討論與本論文有關(guān)的問題——幼兒特殊的需要、幼兒園教師必須具備的素養(yǎng)特征、男女性別的不同、兒童對自己性別認(rèn)同的規(guī)律等,在此基礎(chǔ)上筆者認(rèn)為男教師對幼兒性別認(rèn)同的影響有待進(jìn)一步證明,社會對男女性別有不同的期待。本論文在方法上和以前有很大的不同,這樣做,既可以為以前的研究提供新的知識內(nèi)容,還可以為以后的研究提供新的認(rèn)識事物的方式以及新的看問題的角度和新的研究方法。
[Abstract]:One of the problems that people can't ignore in the area of pre-school education is that the gender inclination of the kindergarten teachers is a common phenomenon. Although the problem of the gender imbalance of the teachers in the kindergarten has attracted wide attention and thought for a long time, most of the researchers have only unilaterally emphasized the need to increase the male teachers in the kindergarten, and put forward many assumptions about the improvement of the teacher's gender balance. The relevant evidence from the empirical study can support very little evidence of what appears to be a solid hypothesis. The author is very interested in the need to increase the male teacher in the field of pre-school education, and the deep thought and discussion of this problem through the method of empirical research (quantity study, qualitative research and literature analysis). A different answer is drawn that the work of a male teacher in a kindergarten needs to be treated dialectically. In this paper, a case study is carried out on the method of qualitative research, and the actual working condition of the selected research object is carried out from the dynamic angle and the multi-dimensional level, and the actual working condition of the male teacher in the kindergarten is not so satisfactory. In this paper, a large-scale sampling study is carried out in this paper, and the factors that influence the participation of men in pre-school education are studied in detail, the actual influence ability of each influence factor is analyzed, the character, the language expression characteristic, the group's attribution result and the child's age are proved. The influence of the wage income on the male participation in the pre-school education has a significant effect, and the influence ability of the children's age and the salary income is obvious. This paper uses the method of literature analysis to discuss the problems related to this paper from the perspective of sociology, the special needs of the children, the quality characteristics of the kindergarten teachers, the difference between the male and female, the law of the children's gender identity, etc. On this basis, the author thinks that the influence of the male teacher on the gender identity of the child is to be further proved, and the society has different expectations for the gender of the male and female. This paper has a great difference in the method and before, so that it can provide new knowledge content for the previous research, and can provide new ways of knowing things and new research methods for future research.
