【摘要】：隨著社會的發(fā)展,幼兒教師的隊(duì)伍建設(shè)得到了前所未有的重視,培養(yǎng)一支科研型教師隊(duì)伍是時代的重要呼喚。為此,我園從健全"三個管理"、抓好"三個資源"、搭建"三個平臺"入手,加強(qiáng)科研型教師隊(duì)伍的培養(yǎng)和打造,使科研成為促進(jìn)幼兒、教師和幼兒園可持續(xù)發(fā)展的不竭動力。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the construction of preschool teachers has received unprecedented attention, and it is an important call of the times to cultivate a scientific research teacher team. Therefore, our garden starts with perfecting the "three management", grasping the "three resources", building the "three platforms", strengthening the cultivation and building of the scientific research teacher team, and making the scientific research become the inexhaustible motive force to promote the sustainable development of children, teachers and kindergartens.
