【摘要】：隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,各種先進教育理念的不斷涌現(xiàn),學前教育越來越被人們所重視,各級各類幼兒園對幼兒教師的要求也越來越高,在選聘人才的時候,更看重其綜合職業(yè)能力。本文主要從高職高專學前教育專業(yè)學生應具備的職業(yè)能力、在職業(yè)能力方面存在的問題及成因以及高職高專院校如何提高學生的職業(yè)能力等方面進行論述并提出了建議和看法。
[Abstract]:With the development of social economy and the continuous emergence of various advanced educational concepts, preschool education has been paid more and more attention, and the requirements for kindergarten teachers at all levels are getting higher and higher. Pay more attention to its comprehensive professional ability. This paper mainly discusses the vocational ability of the students majoring in preschool education in higher vocational colleges, the existing problems and causes of vocational ability, and how to improve the vocational ability of students in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward some suggestions and opinions.
