【摘要】：幼兒園采用同齡編班對集體保教的組織開展具有一定的優(yōu)勢,但在促進幼兒社會性發(fā)展方面有所欠缺,同時也容易讓老師忽略幼兒的個性差異�；忑g編班有助于提供均等的成長機會,還原真實的人群樣態(tài)教育,把"幼—師依戀關(guān)系"轉(zhuǎn)向"同輩依存關(guān)系"。但在幼兒園開展混齡教育面臨來自家長、教師和幼兒自身的挑戰(zhàn)。通過家園溝通三步走、教師培訓二互動和組織策略三關(guān)注,可以有效化解挑戰(zhàn),深化園本化教改探索。
[Abstract]:The use of classes of the same age in kindergartens has certain advantages in the organization of collective care and education, but it is deficient in promoting the social development of children, and it is also easy for teachers to ignore the personality differences of children. Mixed-age classes help to provide equal growth opportunities, restore the real population pattern education, and turn the "child-teacher attachment relationship" to the "peer dependence relationship", which helps to provide equal growth opportunities, restore the real population pattern education, and change the "child-teacher attachment relationship" to the "peer dependence relationship". However, the mixed age education in kindergarten is faced with challenges from parents, teachers and young children themselves. Through the three steps of home communication, the second interaction of teacher training and the three concerns of organizational strategy can effectively resolve the challenges and deepen the exploration of garden-based educational reform.
