專業(yè)發(fā)展取向下的幼兒教師學(xué)習(xí)共同體構(gòu)建

【摘要】:幼兒教師學(xué)習(xí)共同體構(gòu)建過(guò)程包括發(fā)起、成立、規(guī)范三個(gè)階段。構(gòu)建專業(yè)發(fā)展取向下的幼兒教師學(xué)習(xí)共同體,要重視合作型的幼兒園文化建設(shè),引導(dǎo)幼兒教師樹(shù)"互助共贏"的理念;要變革幼兒園教師知識(shí)共享規(guī)則,崇尚學(xué)術(shù)自由,實(shí)現(xiàn)和諧共存;要建立幼兒教師合作參與的動(dòng)力機(jī)制,激發(fā)幼兒教師的互助熱情;要進(jìn)行有效授權(quán),提升幼兒教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展能力。
[Abstract]:The process of constructing preschool teachers' learning community includes three stages: initiation, establishment and standardization. In order to construct the learning community of preschool teachers under the orientation of professional development, we should attach importance to the construction of cooperative kindergarten culture and guide preschool teachers to cultivate the idea of "mutual assistance and win-win". We should reform the rules of knowledge sharing of kindergarten teachers, advocate academic freedom and realize harmonious coexistence, establish the dynamic mechanism of preschool teachers' cooperation and participation, and stimulate the enthusiasm of preschool teachers' mutual assistance. Must carry on the effective authorization, enhances the preschool teacher's professional development ability.
