兒童教育中的責(zé)任侵犯與兒童責(zé)任心的培養(yǎng)

【摘要】:所謂責(zé)任侵犯指的是原本由兒童有興趣或有能力承擔(dān)的社會責(zé)任,卻由家長或監(jiān)護人出于某種顧慮而替代兒童承擔(dān)的現(xiàn)象。這種責(zé)任侵犯現(xiàn)象在當(dāng)前我國兒童教育中很普遍。產(chǎn)生這種現(xiàn)象的原因主要是對兒童的可塑性缺乏應(yīng)有認(rèn)識、出于對兒童的畸形保護以及家長和監(jiān)護人的完美主義期待。這種責(zé)任侵犯導(dǎo)致兒童喪失自我價值感,社會化水平和心理成熟水平普遍降低,因此十分有必要將責(zé)任心還給兒童。家長和監(jiān)護人應(yīng)相信兒童,形成培養(yǎng)兒童責(zé)任心的意識,讓兒童在擔(dān)當(dāng)責(zé)任中培養(yǎng)責(zé)任心,同時通過培養(yǎng)兒童相關(guān)的社會認(rèn)知和道德情緒培養(yǎng)其責(zé)任心,為此需要家庭、學(xué)校、社會三管齊下,共同為兒童責(zé)任心的形成創(chuàng)造良好的環(huán)境與條件。
[Abstract]:The so-called responsibility violation refers to the phenomenon that the child is interested or able to bear the social responsibility, but is replaced by the parent or guardian for some kind of concern. This kind of responsibility violation phenomenon is very common in our country children's education at present. The main reason for this phenomenon is the lack of proper understanding of the plasticity of the child, the malformed protection of the child and the perfectionistic expectation of the parents and guardians. This kind of responsibility aggression results in the loss of children's sense of self-worth, the general decline in the level of socialization and psychological maturity, so it is very necessary to return responsibility to children. Parents and guardians should believe in the child and develop a sense of responsibility that allows the child to develop responsibility in the context of responsibility, while fostering responsibility through the development of the child's relevant social cognition and moral sentiments, which require families, schools, Social three-pronged together to create a good environment and conditions for the formation of children's sense of responsibility.
