【摘要】：目的了解遵義市學(xué)齡前兒童口腔健康相關(guān)行為,為開展學(xué)前兒童口腔健康教育提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用隨機(jī)整群抽樣方法,抽取遵義市14所幼兒園共計(jì)5 132名兒童,參照《第三次全國口腔健康流行病學(xué)調(diào)查報告》中的5歲組兒童家長問卷,對兒童家長進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果 68.2%的學(xué)齡前兒童3歲以后開始刷牙,51.9%的兒童每日只刷1次牙,17.9%的兒童很少或從不刷牙;知曉"窩溝封閉可以預(yù)防兒童齲齒"的家長僅占11.0%,70.2%的家長從不檢查兒童的刷牙效果;家長口腔健康知識主要來源于電視/廣播(26.2%)、報刊/雜志(17.3%);兒童到口腔科就醫(yī)原因主要為急(慢)性牙痛(26.1%),定期進(jìn)行口腔檢查的兒童極少(15.8%)。結(jié)論遵義市學(xué)齡前兒童口腔健康行為不容樂觀,家長口腔健康知識欠缺。應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對家長、幼教人員及兒童口腔保健知識及行為的宣傳教育,促進(jìn)兒童建立正確的口腔健康行為。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate oral health related behaviors of preschool children in Zunyi, and to provide scientific basis for oral health education of preschool children. Methods 5,132 children in 14 kindergartens in Zunyi were sampled by random cluster sampling. Referring to the parents' questionnaire of the 5-year-old children in the third National Oral Health Epidemiology Survey, Results 51.9% of the children brushed their teeth only once a day and 17.9% of the children brushed their teeth only once a day, and 17.9% of the children did not brush their teeth at least once a day. Results 68.2% of the preschool children began to brush their teeth only once a day after 3 years of age. Only 11.0% of the parents who knew that "pit and groove sealing can prevent children's dental caries" never checked their children's tooth brushing effect. Parents' oral health knowledge mainly comes from television / radio 26.2and newspapers / magazines 17.30.The main reason for children to go to stomatology is acute (slow) toothache 26.1.The children who regularly have oral examinations are seldom 15.80.Conclusion Preschool children in Zunyi City. Oral health behavior is not optimistic, Parents' oral health knowledge is deficient. Publicity and education on oral health knowledge and behavior of parents, kindergarten teachers and children should be strengthened to promote children to establish correct oral health behaviors.
