【摘要】：正校車問題曾一度在社會上激起熱浪,超員、看護不力、亂收費等問題不斷暴露。如何確保學生安全乘車,一直以來是教育主管部門所熱切關注的。面對諸種校車問題,蓋州市教育局提出五項措施,要求該校做好校車的監(jiān)管工作,確保每個坐校車學生的人身安全。一是讓學校監(jiān)管校車車主,車費要低于當地營運車費的標準;二是要求學校必須出一名副校長負責校車及食堂安全工作;三是每個校車配備一名照管員,由在職教師擔任。照管員負責以下工作:清查
[Abstract]:The problem of school buses has once aroused heat waves, overstaffed, poor nursing care, fees and other problems in society has been exposed. How to ensure the safety of students by car, has been the focus of education authorities. In the face of various kinds of school bus problems, Gaizhou Education Bureau put forward five measures to require the school to do a good job in the supervision of the school bus, to ensure the personal safety of every student on the school bus. One is to let schools supervise school bus owners, and the fares should be lower than the local operating fares; the other is to require the school to have a deputy principal responsible for school bus and canteen safety; and third, each school bus should be provided with a licensing officer, who will be the in-service teacher.
