【摘要】：目的　了解北京和沈陽市初中學(xué)生危險行為發(fā)生情況 ,為教育和衛(wèi)生部門制定青少年健康政策 ,預(yù)防青少年危險行為提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法　 1 999年 5～ 7月 ,對北京和沈陽市 1 1所中學(xué) 352 1名初二學(xué)生進(jìn)行不記名問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果　 54.6 %的學(xué)生在乘坐別人開的小汽車時從不或很少系安全帶 ;在調(diào)查的近 30d中 ,有 5.4 %的學(xué)生坐過 1次或 3d以上由酒后駕駛者開的小汽車 ,6 .3%的學(xué)生從不或很少遵守交通規(guī)則 ;在調(diào)查的近 1 2個月中 ,2 2 .2 %的學(xué)生有過 1次或 1次以上的打架行為 ;在調(diào)查的近 30d中 ,有 2 0 .9%的學(xué)生有 1d或 1d以上飲過酒 ,6 .8%的學(xué)生有 1d或 1d以上吸煙 ;在調(diào)查的近 7d中 ,只有 51 .6 %的學(xué)生進(jìn)行了 3d或 3d以上的激烈運(yùn)動 ,38.4 %的學(xué)生進(jìn)行了 5d或 5d以上的中等強(qiáng)度鍛煉。結(jié)論　初中生的危險行為問題不容忽視 ,教育與衛(wèi)生部門應(yīng)針對青少年危險行為發(fā)生的特點(diǎn)開展預(yù)防教育工作
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the occurrence of risk behavior among junior high school students in Beijing and Shenyang, and to provide scientific basis for making adolescent health policy and preventing adolescent risk behavior in education and health departments. Methods from May to July 1999, 352 1 junior high school students from 11 middle schools in Beijing and Shenyang were investigated by anonymous questionnaire. Results 54.6% of the students never or rarely wore seat belts in cars driven by others, and nearly 30 days after the survey, 5.4% of the students used the car driven by drunk driver once or more than 3 days. 6. 3% of the students never or seldom obeyed the traffic rules. In the past 12 months, 22. 2% of the students had one or more fights, and during the last 30 days of the survey, 20.9% of the students had been drinking alcohol for one day or more. 68% of the students had smoked for one day or more. Only 51. 6% of the students had 3 days or more of intense exercise for 3 days or more. 38.4% of the students had 5 days or more of moderate intensity exercise. Conclusion the risk behavior of junior high school students can not be ignored. The education and health departments should carry out preventive education according to the characteristics of adolescent risk behavior.
