【摘要】：目的:了解我國(guó)青少年性生理和性心理發(fā)展是否存在性別差異。方法:對(duì)1994~2005年23篇關(guān)于青少年性生理發(fā)展、性知識(shí)來源以及性意識(shí)發(fā)展研究進(jìn)行元分析。結(jié)果:女生在首次月經(jīng)時(shí)持害怕驚慌心態(tài)者多于男性(總效應(yīng)估計(jì)值為0·49,95%CI為0·45-0·53);在性知識(shí)來源上,男、女生從學(xué)校中獲取性知識(shí)差異無顯著性,但女生更多從父母處得到性教育,男生更多從大眾媒體中和書籍雜志上獲取性知識(shí)。男生比女生更易性幻想、發(fā)生過性行為者多、更渴望性體驗(yàn)(總體效應(yīng)估計(jì)值分別為:4·47、1·59、3·41,95%CI分別為:4·06~5·13、1·37~1·86、3·10~3·74)。結(jié)論:我國(guó)青少年的性生理、性心理發(fā)展存在性別差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: to find out whether there are gender differences in sexual physiology and sexual psychological development of adolescents in China. Methods: from 1994 to 2005, 23 studies on adolescent sexual physiological development, sexual knowledge sources and sexual consciousness development were studied by meta-analysis. Results: there were more girls with fear of panic in their first menstruation than men (the total effect estimate was 0.49%, CI = 0.45-053), and there was no significant difference in the sources of sexual knowledge between boys and girls from school, but more girls received sex education from their parents. Boys learn more about sex in the mass media and in books and magazines. Boys were more prone to sexual fantasies, had sex, and were more eager for sexual experience (the overall effect estimates were: 1 447 / 1 599 / 3 41 / 95CI = 1: 4 06 / 5 1313 / 37 / 1 866 / 3 / 10 / 3 / 74, respectively). Conclusion: there are gender differences in sexual physiology and psychological development of adolescents in China.
