【摘要】：校園安全文化是校園文化的重要組成部分,它體現(xiàn)的是一種"學(xué)校精神"。校園安全文化的構(gòu)建需要師生員工的共同努力,形成于教育教學(xué)和管理活動(dòng)的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),同時(shí)又會(huì)對(duì)處于這種環(huán)境中的所有人產(chǎn)生無(wú)形的影響,有利于提高師生的人文素養(yǎng)。安全文化的構(gòu)建需要載體的支撐,安全理念、環(huán)境、氛圍與載體是相輔相成的。校園安全文化的形成,有助于建立和諧的師生關(guān)系,構(gòu)建平安和諧校園。
[Abstract]:Campus safety culture is an important part of campus culture, which embodies the spirit of school. The construction of campus safety culture needs the joint efforts of teachers, students and staff, which is formed in all aspects of education, teaching and management activities. At the same time, it will have an intangible impact on all the people in this environment, and will help to improve the humanistic literacy of teachers and students. The construction of safety culture needs the support of carrier, safety concept, environment, atmosphere and carrier complement each other. The formation of campus safety culture helps to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and construct a peaceful and harmonious campus.
