操作性學(xué)習(xí)觀在學(xué)校管理中的運(yùn)用

【摘要】:斯金納運(yùn)用操作性學(xué)習(xí)觀認(rèn)為,反應(yīng)是關(guān)注的重要變量,重點(diǎn)關(guān)注如何通過強(qiáng)化作用促使行為反應(yīng)的頻率增加。操作性學(xué)習(xí)觀運(yùn)用在學(xué)校管理中時(shí),應(yīng)注意兩點(diǎn):首先應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮強(qiáng)化規(guī)律在教育教學(xué)中的作用,其次要正確合理地使用懲罰。
[Abstract]:According to Skinner's theory of operational learning, reaction is an important variable of concern, focusing on how to increase the frequency of behavioral response through reinforcement. Two points should be paid attention to when the operational learning view is applied in the school management: first, we should give full play to the role of strengthening the law in the education and teaching, and secondly, we should use the punishment correctly and reasonably.
