天水市2004-2011年學(xué)校突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件流行狀況

【摘要】:目的了解天水市學(xué)校突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件的流行病學(xué)特征,為有效處理學(xué)校突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法應(yīng)用描述性流行病學(xué)方法,對(duì)中國(guó)疾病預(yù)防控制信息系統(tǒng)突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件管理系統(tǒng)天水市2004-2011年學(xué)校突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 2004-2011年天水市共報(bào)告突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件116起,發(fā)病4 639人,發(fā)病率為1.80%;死亡18人,死亡率為6.99/10萬(wàn),病死率為3.88‰。學(xué)校發(fā)生86起,占總事件的74.14%,學(xué)校是突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件的高發(fā)場(chǎng)所。學(xué)校突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件以傳染病暴發(fā)疫情為主,占98.84%,呼吸道傳染病發(fā)病較多,其中流行性感冒發(fā)病率最高;5月和10月是突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件的發(fā)生高峰,傳染病暴發(fā)事件報(bào)告時(shí)間與持續(xù)時(shí)間呈正相關(guān)(r=0.631,P=0.01)。結(jié)論學(xué)校是突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件監(jiān)測(cè)、管理的重點(diǎn)單位,應(yīng)落實(shí)學(xué)校疾病監(jiān)測(cè)的各項(xiàng)工作,預(yù)防突發(fā)公共衛(wèi)生事件的發(fā)生。
