【摘要】：上海一所學校曾發(fā)生一起"一名學生在校被歹徒劫持"的事件。本文是通過對事件發(fā)生前的重視和預防,發(fā)生時的應對和策略,發(fā)生后的恢復和教育等方面進行的思考,嘗試整理事件的線索,以多元的觀點去理解學校危機管理模式,以加深對危機管理的認識,希望對學校的管理和發(fā)展有一點幫助。
[Abstract]:In a school in Shanghai, a student was abducted by a gangster. This paper attempts to sort out the clues of the incident and understand the school crisis management model from the view of multiple viewpoints through the consideration of the pre-incident attention and prevention, the coping and strategy of the occurrence, the recovery and education after the occurrence, and so on. In order to deepen the understanding of crisis management, hope to help the management and development of the school.
