【摘要】：正跨境教育主要有三種形式：人員(學(xué)生和教師)跨境流動(dòng)、教育項(xiàng)目跨境流動(dòng)和教育機(jī)構(gòu)跨境流動(dòng)。中外合作辦學(xué)通過(guò)后兩種形式引進(jìn)外國(guó)的優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源。跨境教育(下文指“中外合作辦學(xué)”)具有一定的特殊性,上海市教育主管部門(mén)改變以往單純依靠行政管理的做法,建立中外合作辦學(xué)質(zhì)量保障體系,借鑒國(guó)際通行做法,積極開(kāi)展中外合作辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)/項(xiàng)目(以下統(tǒng)稱“辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)”)認(rèn)證探索,努力尋求與教育輸出國(guó)評(píng)估機(jī)構(gòu)的合作,共同保障跨境教育質(zhì)量,從而推進(jìn)了跨境教育的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:There are three main forms of cross-border education: the cross-border movement of people (students and teachers), the cross-border movement of educational projects and the cross-border movement of educational institutions. Chinese-foreign cooperative education through the two forms of introduction of foreign quality education resources. Cross-border education (hereinafter referred to as "Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools") has a certain particularity. The Shanghai Municipal Education Department has changed its previous practice of relying solely on administrative management, established a quality assurance system for Chinese-foreign cooperative schools, and used international practices for reference. We should actively explore the certification of Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools / projects (hereinafter referred to as "school-running institutions"), and strive to seek cooperation with the evaluation institutions of educational exporting countries, so as to jointly guarantee the quality of cross-border education, thus promoting the healthy development of cross-border education.
