【摘要】：正最近有新聞提到,高校體育測(cè)試要簽"生死狀"。這背后反映的問(wèn)題,即學(xué)校和老師被要求承擔(dān)"無(wú)限責(zé)任",需要引起各界重視。不僅是高校,如今與學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)簽免責(zé)書(shū)也是很多中小學(xué)的慣常做法。學(xué)校這么做并不完全是想逃避責(zé)任,而是近年來(lái)社會(huì)對(duì)學(xué)校的要求越來(lái)越高,但凡學(xué)生出了問(wèn)題,幾乎都由學(xué)校承擔(dān)責(zé)任,學(xué)校已經(jīng)難以承受。
[Abstract]:It is recently mentioned in news that college sports tests should be signed "life and death form." The problem behind this, that schools and teachers are required to take on unlimited responsibility, needs attention. Not only colleges, but now students and parents to sign disclaimer is also common practice in many primary and secondary schools. This is not a complete attempt to evade responsibility, but in recent years society has become increasingly demanding of the school, but if students have problems, almost all the school is responsible, the school has been unable to afford.
