【摘要】：如何推進教育科學(xué)決策是當(dāng)前教育管理理論和實踐所關(guān)注的重要問題。教育決策的科學(xué)性不應(yīng)以傳統(tǒng)的主觀理性和邏輯理性為標準，而應(yīng)是本質(zhì)理性的體現(xiàn)。科學(xué)決策要求對決策的各個要素、每個行動方案的可能結(jié)果及其概率和決策的原理方法要盡可能的掌握。教育決策中存在７類程度不同的不確定事件序列，，由此決定了教育決策具有相應(yīng)的科學(xué)性層次。在此基礎(chǔ)上，提出了教育決策的３個類型：科學(xué)型、科學(xué)—經(jīng)驗型和非科學(xué)型。這可以有效把握諸如集權(quán)與分權(quán)、“硬決策”與“軟決策”等關(guān)于教育決策機制的核心內(nèi)容
[Abstract]:How to promote educational science decision is an important problem in educational management theory and practice. The scientific nature of educational decision-making should not be based on the traditional subjective rationality and logical rationality, but should be the embodiment of essential rationality. Scientific decision requires that the elements of the decision, the possible results of each action plan and its probability, as well as the principles and methods of the decision should be grasped as much as possible. There are seven kinds of uncertain event sequence in educational decision making, which determines the scientific level of educational decision making. On this basis, three types of educational decision-making are proposed: scientific type, science-empirical type and non-scientific type. This can effectively grasp the core contents of educational decision-making mechanism such as centralization and decentralization, "hard decision" and "soft decision".
