【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,信息化教育已成為衡量一個學(xué)校整體發(fā)展的重要標(biāo)志,在教育現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中,校長的信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力起到了關(guān)鍵性作用。本文用內(nèi)容分析法對2007年到2016年近十年共83篇論文文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了研究,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前對校長信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的重視程度嚴(yán)重不足,可查閱到的文獻(xiàn)總數(shù)很少;研究內(nèi)容集中于策略研究;研究力量主要分布在江浙等發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū),中西部研究幾乎沒有,這也反映出我國教育發(fā)展不均衡等問題;在關(guān)注度方面,我國對校長領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的研究在近幾年重新得到關(guān)注�；谝陨蠁栴},筆者對此方面研究存在的問題與不足提出幾點(diǎn)建議,為教育領(lǐng)域的研究者提供參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet technology, information education has become an important symbol to measure the overall development of a school. In the process of education modernization, the information leadership of the principal has played a key role. In this paper, 83 papers in the last ten years from 2007 to 2016 have been studied with the content analysis method. The importance of information leadership is seriously insufficient, and the total number of literature can be consulted very little; the research content is focused on the strategic research; the research force is mainly distributed in the developed areas such as Jiangsu and Zhejiang, and the research in the central and western regions is almost not, which also reflects the unbalanced development of education in China. On the basis of the above problems, the author puts forward some suggestions on the problems and shortcomings in this field, and provides reference and reference for the researchers in the field of education.
