【摘要】:近年來,隨著中國經濟的飛速發(fā)展,越來越多的進城務工者涌入城市,他們成為了中國基礎建設和城市建設的主要動力之一。同樣,隨之而來的人口遷移帶來了許多社會問題,尤其是隨遷子女的教育問題,日漸突出,引起了全社會的關注。 隨著國家對隨遷子女教育的愈發(fā)關注,越來越多的政策讓隨遷子女享受了城市接受義務教育的權利。雖然政策在一步步地完善,但是這些政策從源頭落到實處后,是否能夠讓隨遷子女真正融入城市教育體系,仍需要進一步關注。鑒于此,本研究從學校職責的角度研究加快隨遷子女的社會融入問題。在研究過程中主要采用訪談法和觀察法相結合的研究方法,通過對學校校長書記等管理人員、班主任、普通教師、隨遷子女家長、隨遷子女等多方訪談及資料分析,對上海市青浦區(qū)崧澤學校隨遷子女的社會融入問題進行了研究和探討,并針對現(xiàn)存的問題,嘗試從學校職責角度提出加快隨遷子女融入的對策建議。全文共分為五個部分: 第1章為緒言,首先介紹了日益受到社會關注的隨遷子女社會融入問題的背景和研究意義,在回顧國內外研究現(xiàn)狀及研究評述的基礎上提出了本文的研究內容及研究可能創(chuàng)新。 第2章從一般意義上探討了隨遷子女社會融入中的學校職責,由于對于隨遷子女的稱呼不統(tǒng)一,故先進行了幾個相關概念的解釋,同時從宏觀角度提出隨遷子女社會融入中所在學校的職責及應注意的問題。 第3章主要分析了筆者研究對象所在學校隨遷子女的社會融入情況,主要通過訪談法、觀察法、問卷調查等多種方法,對學校管理者、普通教師、隨遷子女、來滬人員、滬籍學生進行的訪談、觀察、問卷等形式,了解來滬人員隨遷子女的社會融入情況,分析并歸納為課內活動中的融入、課堂教學中的融入以及課間過程過程中的融入狀況,并對此進行了總結。 第4章在來滬人員隨遷子女社會融入現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎上,從學校職責的角度提出了加快來滬隨遷子女社會融入的對策和建議。對策和建議主要從四個維度展開,分別是強化學校管理,優(yōu)化課程教學、校本課程的實施策略以及校園文化的建設。 第5章是本文的總結,即研究結論與展望。通過本文的研究筆者希望能夠為接收隨遷子女學校的學校在加快隨遷子女社會融入問題上提供借鑒和幫助。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, more and more migrant workers pour into cities, they have become one of the main driving forces of China's infrastructure and urban construction.In the same way, the following migration has brought many social problems, especially the education of children, which has attracted the attention of the whole society.As the country pays more and more attention to the education of migrant children, more and more policies allow them to enjoy the right to compulsory education in cities.Although the policies are being perfected step by step, whether they can really integrate their children into the urban education system after they have been put into practice from the source still needs further attention.In view of this, this study studies the problem of accelerating the social integration of children with emigration from the perspective of school responsibility.In the course of the research, the author mainly adopts the method of interview and observation. Through the interviews and data analysis of the managers such as the school principal secretary, the class teacher, the ordinary teachers, the parents of the children with moving, and the children with the moving, etc.This paper studies and probes into the problem of social integration of children in Songze School of Qingpu District, Shanghai, and, in view of the existing problems, tries to put forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of school duties to accelerate the integration of children with moving.The full text is divided into five parts:The first chapter is the introduction, which firstly introduces the background and significance of the social integration of the children with moving children, and puts forward the research content and possible innovation on the basis of reviewing the domestic and foreign research status and research comments.The second chapter discusses the school responsibility in the social integration of the children with emigration in a general sense. Because of the disunity of the address of the children with emigration, several related concepts are explained first.At the same time, from the macro point of view, this paper puts forward the responsibility of the school in which the children are in the process of social integration and the problems to be paid attention to.The third chapter mainly analyzes the social integration of the children in the school, mainly through interview, observation, questionnaire and other methods, to the school administrators, ordinary teachers, children with emigration, people who come to Shanghai.In the form of interview, observation, questionnaire and so on, to understand the social integration of the children who came to Shanghai, analyze and summarize it into the integration of the activities in class, the integration of the classroom teaching and the integration of the process between classes.A summary of this is given.On the basis of the analysis of the current situation of social integration of the children who come to Shanghai with their children, the fourth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the social integration of the children who come to Shanghai with the relocation from the perspective of school duties.Countermeasures and suggestions are mainly carried out from four dimensions, namely, strengthening school management, optimizing curriculum teaching, implementing strategies of school-based curriculum and building campus culture.Chapter 5 is the conclusion and prospect of this paper.Through the research of this paper, the author hopes to provide reference and help for the schools that accept the schools with moving children in order to speed up the social integration of children with moving children.
