【摘要】：督促檢查是以上級(jí)的重大決策、重要工作部署以及本單位的重點(diǎn)工作的貫徹落實(shí)為目的，，所進(jìn)行的一系列督促催辦、檢查落實(shí)的行政督查過(guò)程。督促檢查作為行政工作管理系統(tǒng)中的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)，其重要性愈來(lái)愈被人們所認(rèn)識(shí)，。為使黨的路線、方針政策、上級(jí)重大決策、本單位重要工作部署得以有效貫徹、落實(shí)，各類重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題的及時(shí)辦結(jié)，提高工作效率，暢通政令，促進(jìn)機(jī)關(guān)改進(jìn)工作作風(fēng)，督促檢查已成為各級(jí)辦公室職能的重要組成部分。在世紀(jì)之交深化高等教育管理體制改革，注重辦學(xué)規(guī)模效益的當(dāng)前，探討督促檢查具有積極意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Supervision and inspection is an administrative supervision and inspection process which is aimed at the important decision of the superior, the important work arrangement and the implementation of the key work of the unit, and carries out a series of supervision and reminders and checks the implementation of the administrative supervision and inspection process.As an important link in administrative work management system, supervision and inspection is becoming more and more important.In order to ensure the Party's line, principles and policies, major decisions at the higher levels, effective implementation and implementation of the important work arrangements of the unit, timely completion of various key and difficult issues, improving work efficiency, unblocking government orders, and promoting the improvement of the work style of the organs,Supervision and inspection has become an important part of office functions at all levels.At the turn of the century, it is of positive and practical significance to deepen the reform of higher education management system and pay attention to the scale benefit of running a school.
