【摘要】：本文詳細(xì)分析了引起中小學(xué)校長焦慮的主客觀因素 ,不同水平的焦慮對校長成長的不同影響 ,以及怎樣控制焦慮以達(dá)到促進(jìn)校長成長的目的。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes in detail the subjective and objective factors that cause the headmasters' anxiety in primary and secondary schools, the different influences of different levels of anxiety on the headmasters' growth, and how to control the anxiety in order to promote the headmasters' growth.
