【摘要】：校長執(zhí)行力對學校發(fā)展具有關鍵性的作用。文章分析了關注校長執(zhí)行力的現(xiàn)實意義,對執(zhí)行、執(zhí)行力及校長執(zhí)行力的概念進行了厘定,并從執(zhí)行者、管理系統(tǒng)及執(zhí)行文化三個層面,提出了提升校長執(zhí)行力的途徑。
[Abstract]:Executive power of principal plays a key role in the development of school. This paper analyzes the practical significance of paying attention to the executive power of principal, defines the concepts of execution, execution and executive power of principal, and from the perspective of executor, Three levels of management system and executive culture are put forward to improve the executive ability of principals.
